If it were regulated in smoke shops or liquor stores where you have to be 18/21+ to purchase, then it would be less accesible to kids. And no, I don't believe legalizing it will send a message that drugs are acceptable any more than selling vodka does. It's up to the parents to talk to their kids about responsibility and the dangers of abusing drugs/alcohol.Rachaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06748117790707864715noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12130919.post-14942193559889131842008-10-26T03:35:00.000-05:002008-10-26T03:35:00.000-05:00I am for legalization, as it is in Canada. I do not smoke weed, I have never liked it, but am all for your own recreational discretion.Rachaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06748117790707864715noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12130919.post-15080758433512157772008-10-08T12:39:00.000-05:002008-10-08T12:39:00.000-05:00My fav response is Nancy's...........HAHAHA.My fav response is Nancy's...........HAHAHA.Lori Anne Haskellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06876687764303847012noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12130919.post-8718252632191367172008-10-08T11:14:00.000-05:002008-10-08T11:14:00.000-05:00Legalize. And I don't smoke it--at all--but I just don't see why it's illegal. But I'm with Mindy; this is the ONLY drug I support being legalized.Mrs. Lukiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09182790803624943603noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12130919.post-51025325605646336462008-10-08T08:27:00.000-05:002008-10-08T08:27:00.000-05:00I'm all for legalizing marijuana. For all of the reasons and then some that that your pros already stated.

And I don't buy most of the cons.

I am NOT for legalizing any other drugs, just marijuana.

I do not believe the Gateway Drug theory. I do not believe marijuana is addictive.

I think it should be sold with the same restrictions as regular tobacco. (I can't say alcohol, I still have major issues with being able to vote, get married and die for my country without being able to have a beer - that - to me - is totally ridiculous.)Mindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05884386103527904830noreply@blogger.com
