I just found this account by fellow Flight 253 passenger Daniel Huisinga on FOX News where he backs up my claim regarding the "Man in Orange". The term "Man in Orange" was coined by myself and is not specifically used to describe such man in this video, but Daniel is referring to the same man. The important part of the interview regarding this "Man in Orange" begins at 2:42.
